Privacy Policy

CycleMax ("we," "us," or "the app") is a personal wellness tracking application that helps you manage supplement and peptide regimens, log biometrics and bloodwork, and monitor your adherence over time. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

CycleMax is an educational and adherence-support tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not recommend dosages. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any supplement or medication.

Name. The display name you choose for your profile. Used for app functionality and linked to your identity.

Email Address. Your email is collected when you create an account and used for authentication, app functionality, and analytics.

Phone Number. If you provide a phone number, it is used for account functionality and is linked to your identity.

Health Data. Wellness and medical information you enter, including supplement and medication schedules, dose logs, injection-site rotation history, and bloodwork panel results. Used for app functionality, product personalization, and analytics.

Fitness Data. Biometric measurements such as resting heart rate, sleep hours and quality, daily steps, body temperature, and weight. Used for product personalization, analytics, and app functionality.

Payment Info. Information related to your Premium subscription and purchases. Card and bank details are processed by Stripe; CycleMax does not store full card numbers. Used for app functionality and product personalization.

Sensitive Info. Certain health-related data you provide (such as medication and injection records) may be considered sensitive. Used for product personalization, app functionality, and analytics.

Customer Support Content. Feedback, bug reports, and feature requests you submit through the app. Used for analytics, other purposes, and app functionality.

User ID. A unique identifier tied to your account, used for app functionality and tracking purposes, and linked to your identity.

Crash Data. Diagnostic information such as crash logs collected by the app platform, used for analytics and app functionality.

Other Data. Additional technical and usage information not listed above, used for product personalization, analytics, and app functionality.

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you (app functionality).
• To display your regimens, dose schedules, biometrics, and trends back to you (app functionality).
• To personalize the app to your goals, history, and preferences (product personalization).
• To generate adherence summaries and behavioral insights tied to your own data (analytics).
• To manage your Premium subscription and restore access across devices (app functionality).
• To respond to support requests and feedback you submit (app functionality and other purposes).
• To track usage and improve app stability, features, and performance (analytics).

The data types listed above — Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Health, Fitness, Payment Info, Sensitive Info, Customer Support content, and User ID — are linked to your identity through your account. Crash Data and Other Data may or may not be linked depending on what is collected by the platform.

Your User ID is used for tracking purposes, meaning it may be used to understand your activity across the app and to measure the effectiveness of features. This tracking is limited to improving CycleMax and is not shared with third parties for advertising.

Payments for CycleMax Premium are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider. Your payment information is entered on Stripe's secure pages. CycleMax receives a reference to your Stripe customer record and subscription status but does not store your full card number or banking credentials. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to that data.

We do not sell your personal or health data. We do not share your data with advertisers, and we do not run third-party advertising networks inside the app.

We share only what is necessary with the service providers that operate the app's infrastructure: the hosting platform (Base44) that stores your data, serves the app, and may collect crash and diagnostic data; and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security standards.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CycleMax, our users, or others.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Account → Delete Account within the app. When you delete your account, your regimens, dose logs, biometrics, bloodwork entries, and feedback are removed.

Your data is stored in a secured database with access controls. Each user's records are scoped so that only you can read and modify your own data. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

CycleMax is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

You can review and edit the health data you've entered at any time within the app. You can manage notification preferences from the Notifications screen. You can cancel a Premium subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. You can delete your account and data as described above.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
